For Fed Ex 2nd Day Air and international shipments, we will email your quote for shipping fees based on the ship to address after you place your order.

If the addres that you provide is incomplete/undeliverable and returned to Luv My Bag, you will be responsible for shipping charges to the corrected address.
You will receive a PayPal request for the shipping charges and payment must be received by Luv My Bag before the pkg can be sent for delivery to the corrected address.
How soon will I receive my order? TOP
Your order will ship within 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated. We use Fed Ex Ground for economy shipping. allow 2-7 days for shipping. You will receive tracking information when your order is shipped.
If your item is made to order then you have to add aprox 2-3weeks for custom work. You will always be notified when your order has shipped and by which carrier.
If your order is shipping outside the continental US, You will receive a paypal request for shipping funds. You order will ship when shipping funds are received by Luv My Bag. Your order will be shipped International Priority. Please let us know when you place your order if you want your purchase shipped International Express.
Do you accept returns? TOP
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify Luv My Bag within 30 days of placing your order, 45 days if it was purchased as a gift. If your order was back ordered, your 30 days starts when your bag is shipped.

All returns must be unused and returned in the original packaging with original packing slip for full credit, minus original shipping charges paid by LMB
All returns must have prior authorization and authorization #. Authorization # must be printed on the outside of the returning package.
LMB will not accept returns w/o authorization # written just below your name on return addres.
Once authorization is given, the return must be received by Luv My Bag within 15 days of authorization.
Shipping costs cannot be refunded by Luv My Bag. All shipping charges on items being returned to Luv My Bag are the customer's responsibility. If you received free shipping with your purchase, the cost of the initial shipping and handling will be deducted from your refund unless the order is returned because of manufacture's defect. Insurance and tracking are recommended as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit to our return address.
PERSONALIZED AND CUSTOM ITEMS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. However, if you discover within the first 30 days that your product is defective, you may return it for repair or replacement. Replacement will only be offered if your item cannot be repaired. You agree to these terms with your purchase.

Is 2nd Day Air Shipping available? TOP
Yes. 2nd day air is available thru Fed Ex. Make sure you provide a phone # and email address for contact since time is of the essence. Luv My Bag will send a quote and a paypal request for shipping charges to the email address that you provide. We will ship your order once the shipping funds have been received. We will do our best to ship out your order as quickly as we can.
Do you ship internationally? TOP
Yes, we do. After you place your order, we will email you with additional international shipping fees for both internation priority and international express. Respond to that email with your choice and Luv My Bag will then request funds for the shipping thru PayPal. Once funds are received, the pkg will be send as per your instructions.
